I spoke to them last week and when I stopped by he recalled our conversation. They double checked what I was told from another shop. The shop was friendly not pushy, professional and a good value. Talked a little about differance of quality parts for my Lexus. Parts go on next week. So far a very good experience

I have a 2019 VW Tiguan and have been looking for a highly skilled and reasonable shop to keep my baby in good shape after my warranty expired, and I found it in this team. I dropped my car and one of the staff, Logan, was kind enough to drop me at Hertz to pick up a rental car location. Kar Care performed my requested transmission flush and service as well as looking at two issues I noticed. What I really loved was the link they sent over with the checklist and photos of the issues with the mechanics summary. They offered to quote which I accepted and I’ll be bringing her back to get th we repairs done as the prices were reasonable considering the labor that will be involved . Highly highly recommend

My wife and I most satisfied with the preventative maintenance and care we receive from the entire staff at Kar Care . I say preventative for we never had breakdown on both of our cars in the last 12 years in our traveling.
